S&amp;C Electric Company is seeking a dynamic individual to coordinate our<strong>&nbsp;Manufacturing</strong>&nbsp;function. As a&nbsp;<strong>Manufacturing Technician</strong>, you’ll be crucial in ensuring smooth operations and supporting our diverse team.&nbsp;Preventative Maintenance Mechanic conducts troubleshooting repair and preventative maintenance services to assembly fixtures, and test equipment throughout the plant.&nbsp;&nbsp;Reporting to the&nbsp;Assistant Manager –&nbsp;Tool Shop&nbsp;and working closely with&nbsp;the&nbsp;Senior Manufacturing Technician&nbsp;and Production leadership,&nbsp;the&nbsp;Manufacturing Technician&nbsp;is&nbsp;<span lang="EN">responsible for&nbsp;supporting&nbsp;production processes&nbsp;through tooling repairs and preventative maintenance.&nbsp;&nbsp;This includes&nbsp;ensuring&nbsp;that production lines are running&nbsp;smoothly&nbsp;and all tasks are completed according to timelines.&nbsp;</span>They will&nbsp;work with various hydraulic,&nbsp;pneumatic&nbsp;and mechanical systems&nbsp;in their daily work.&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul style="list-style-type:disc;padding-left:72px;"><li><span lang="EN-CA">Provides&nbsp;support to&nbsp;the&nbsp;production areas including, but not limited&nbsp;to:&nbsp;</span>&nbsp;</li><li><span lang="EN-CA">Performing preventative maintenance on&nbsp;all types of production tooling</span>&nbsp;</li><li>Scheduling preventative maintenance&nbsp;for Manufacturing Technicians&nbsp;</li><li>Completing&nbsp;preventative maintenance&nbsp;tasks in&nbsp;Limble&nbsp;</li><li>Troubleshooting&nbsp;and repairing&nbsp;production tooling&nbsp;</li><li>Working with Tool Design to institute&nbsp;tooling document revisions and updates&nbsp;</li><li>Problem solving and&nbsp;assisting&nbsp;with continuous improvement initiatives&nbsp;</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>What you’ll Need To Succeed:</strong></p><ul style="list-style-type:disc;padding-left:72px;"><li><p style="background-color:white;line-height:normal;"><span style="color:black;"><span lang="EN-CA">Highschool diploma or equivalent</span>&nbsp;</span></p></li><li><p style="background-color:white;line-height:normal;"><span style="color:black;"><span lang="EN-CA">1&nbsp;year of experience&nbsp;minimum&nbsp;in a&nbsp;mechanical/manufacturing role</span>&nbsp;</span></p></li><li><p style="background-color:white;line-height:normal;"><span style="color:black;"><span lang="EN-CA">Exposure to&nbsp;production&nbsp;tooling,&nbsp;design, CAD,&nbsp;and&nbsp;Limble&nbsp;CMMS&nbsp;preferred</span>&nbsp;</span></p></li><li><p style="background-color:white;line-height:normal;"><span style="color:black;"><span lang="EN-CA">Experience in sheet metal manufacturing, machining, and machine shop is a strong asset</span>&nbsp;</span></p></li><li><p style="background-color:white;line-height:normal;"><span style="color:black;"><span lang="EN-CA">Some&nbsp;experience&nbsp;with fabrication&nbsp;equipment,&nbsp;assembly equipment and&nbsp;production&nbsp;processes&nbsp;preferred</span>&nbsp;</span></p></li><li><p style="background-color:white;line-height:normal;"><span style="color:black;"><span lang="EN-CA">A good eye for&nbsp;detail with excellent analytical, problem solving,
