The Senior Manager, DealDesignserves as a strategic partner to the Sales organization, responsible for structuring, evaluating, and supporting complex commercial agreements across North America. This role ensures disciplined deal execution by guiding Sales on pricing strategy, configuration, and financial alignment, whilemaintaininggovernance and consistency across all commercial proposals.
This position reports to theSenior Director, Strategic Pricing andContractingand will be fully remote.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to: Lead cross-functional collaboration across Sales, Service, Finance, Pricing, and Contracts to drivetimelyand effective deal execution
Coach Sales on development ofaccurate, complete, and optimized quotes within Oracle CPQ, ensuring alignment to pricing structures and business rules

The salary range for this role is $165,000 - $185,000. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range ofpossible compensationfor this role at the time of this posting. This range may bemodifiedin the future.
This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay. We offercomprehensivepackage of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance and 401(k) to eligible employees.
