When you grow, we grow.</p><p></p><p><b> Heres just some of what you can look forward to:</b></p><ul><li><b>Weekly Pay: </b>Get paid every weekso that you can manage your money on your terms.</li><li><b> Free BJs Memberships: </b>Enjoy a complimentary The Club Card Membership, plus a free Supplemental Membership for someone in your household.*</li><li><b>Generous Paid Time Off: </b>Take the time you need with vacation, personal, sick days, holidays, bereavement, and jury duty leave.*</li><li><b>Flexible and Affordable Health Benefits: </b>Choose from three medical plans, and access optional dental, vision, Health Savings Account (HSA), and flexible spending account options to fit your lifestyle.*</li><li><b>401(k) Retirement Savings Plan: </b>Build your financial future with a company match (available to team members 18 and older).*</li><li><b>Employee Stock Purchase Plan:</b> Accumulate funds through after-tax payroll deductions that can be used to purchase shares of BJs common stock at a 15% discount.*</li></ul><p></p><p>*Eligibility requirements vary by position.</p><p><b> Job Description</b></p><p>This position is responsible for leading the disciplined execution of multiple concurrent, complex technology programs and projects from initiation through delivery, ensuring on-time, on-budget, high-quality outcomes.</p><p> The role requires strong operational command across several active initiatives simultaneously, with accountability for planning, sequencing, financial control, risk mitigation, and cross-team coordination.</p><p></p><p><b> Major Tasks, Responsibilities, and Key Accountabilities</b></p><p></p><p><b>Delivery Management </b></p><ul><li>Lead the execution of multiple concurrent, complex technology initiatives, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery of defined business outcomes.</li><li> Develop and manage integrated delivery plans, roadmaps, and execution frameworks to coordinate cross-functional workstreams across BJs.</li><li> Oversee project managers and cross-functional teams to ensure consistent execution standards, milestone adherence, and accountability.</li><li> Manage resources across initiatives, proactively addressing capacity constraints, priority conflicts, and interdependencies.</li><li> Identify and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies; escalate with clear recommendations when executive decisions are required.</li><li> Enforce standardized governance processes, documentation, and compliance requirements across all programs.</li><li> Drive continuous improvement in delivery performance and operational rigor.</li></ul><p><b> Reporting and Communication </b></p><ul><li>Provide structured, executive-level reporting across initiatives, including status, financials, risks, dependencies, and milestone tracking.</li><li> Ensure consistent use of delivery processes, reporting templates, and governance artifacts.</li><li> Communicate clearly and proactively with stakeholders at all levels to maintain alignment and transparency.</li></ul><p><b> Financial Management</b></p><ul><li>Own program financials across multiple initiatives, including budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and corrective action planning.</li><li> Partner with Finance on annual planning and ongoing monthly reviews to ensure disciplined spend management.</li><li> Proactively manage cost, schedule, and scope trade-offs to protect value delivery.</li></ul><p><b> Qualifications</b></p><ul><li>10+ years of progressive experience in Technology project and program management, with <b>demonstrated success managing multiple large-scale initiatives concurrently.</b></li><li> Proven experience managing large, complex enterprise technology programs involving multiple workstreams and cross-functional teams.</li><li> Experience executing large-scale implementations using agile, waterfall, and/or hybrid methodologies, with <b>strong emphasis on execution discipline and milestone control.</b></li><li> Demonstrated ability to build business cases, manage multimillion-dollar budgets, and maintain financial control across concurrent programs.</li><li> Strong executive presence with the ability to communicate status, risks, and trade-offs clearly and concisely.</li><li> Experience managing interdependencies across programs and resolving resource or priority conflicts.</li><li> Demonstrated track record of delivering initiatives on schedule in fast-paced, high-accountability environments.</li><li> Bachelors degree required; PMP or equivalent certification preferred.</li></ul><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:left"><span> This is a hybrid role. Tuesday through Thursday are in-office days at BJ's Club Support Center in Marlborough, MA and Monday and Friday are remote days.</span></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p> In accordance with the Pay Transparency requirements, the following represents a good faith estimate of the compensation range for this position. At BJs Wholesale Club, we carefully consider a wide range of non-discriminatory factors when determining salary. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, education, experience, and qualifications. The pay range for this position is $137,500.00 - $175,500.00
