This is a contingent position based upon contract award.

KBR is seeking a highly motivated and career-oriented Security Manager to join our team supporting a government client in Aurora, Colorado.

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for ensuring program compliance with all corporate andgovernment requirements and directives with regards to Physical, Personnel and Information Security.

• Provide guidance and assistance regarding protection of classifiedinformation

• Conduct briefings and participate in technical meetings withinternal / externalcustomers

• Compile data and provide necessary metrics or performancehighlights

• Maintain a continuing security education and trainingprogram

• Conduct self-inspections and participate in government security vulnerability assessments

Qualifications

Required:

• Clearance Requirement: TS/SCI with polygraph

• Minimum of seven (7) years experience managing projects of similar size, scope, and complexity

• Bachelors degree in a Security related field of study

• Knowledge of USG Security processes and procedures

• Familiarity with USG and IC policies in regard to Physical. Personnel, and Information Security.

• Experience supervising security staff operating on a 24x7 basis

• Demonstrated capability to exercise good judgment

• Personnel management experience with excellent oral and written communication skills.

• Highly effective organizational, interpersonal, communication, and group leadership skills

• Ability to reliably operate in a complex and changing environment, demonstrating solid independent judgment

• Ability to interpret, capture, and manage customer requirements and expectations

Desired:

• Seven (7) years experience managing projects of similar size, scope, and complexity

Basic Compensation:

$118,600 - $163,100

This range is for the CO area only.

The offered rate will be based on the selected candidates knowledge, skills, abilities and/or experience and in consideration of internal parity.

Additional Compensation:

KBR may offer bonuses, commissions, or other forms of compensation to certain job titles or levels, per internal policy or contractual designation. Additional compensation may be in the form of sign on bonus, relocation benefits, short-term incentives, long-term incentives, or discretionary payments for exceptional performance.
