HOW A SYSTEMS TECHNICIAN III WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
Resolves technical requests from self-service tickets in support of internal and/or outside customers.
Creates, deletes and modify customer accounts.
Maintains and updates records and tracking databases.
Alerts management to recurring problems and patterns.
Candidate must be a team player and have the ability to adapt in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Must be able to multi-task and possess good communication and customer service skills.
WHAT YOULL NEED TO SUCCEED:
Education: Associates of Arts/Associates of Science
Required Experience: 3+ years of related experience
Required Technical Skills: Windows, Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel), DataEntry
Security Clearance Level: TS/SCI w/Poly
Preferred Skills: Ticketing System, Active Directory, Customer Service
Location: On Site
Certification: IAT Level 1
Shift: Tuesday Saturday 11pm - 7am
