Role is primarily aligned to support stakeholders, needs, and initiatives within the Risk Management Organization, but can also support other areas of Truist.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Following is a summary of the essential functions for this job. Prepare or perform recurring or ad hoc reports, analyses, data, system-related, or operational tasks in accordance with departmental processes and controls. 2. Investigate and research unexplained variations in reports, data, systems, etc. Explain results of reports and research to department management and other stakeholders. 3. Validate reports & data through existing systems and records. Evaluate and recommend improvements to departmental processes. 4. Assist with maintenance of departmental documentation. 5. Engage with stakeholders to identify business objectives and scope solution requirements. 6. Participate in projects, including planning and execution activities; may be responsible for a project sub-workstream or deliverables from start to finish. QUALIFICATIONS Required Qualifications: The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required. Bachelor's degree or equivalent 2. 2+ years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience. 3. Solid understanding of principles, practices, theories, and/or methodologies associated with the professional discipline (e.g., information technology, project management, finance, risk management, etc.). 4. Awareness of industry competitive landscape and the factors that differentiate Truist and other banks in the market. 5. Ability to communicate complex information in straightforward situations. 6. Ability to solve problems in straightforward situations by analyzing possible solutions using experience, judgment and precedents. 7. Ability to manage competing priorities. Preferred Qualifications: 1. Graduate degree in related field 2. 3+ years of related experience 3. Previous experience in banking, with specific emphasis on reporting, business intelligence, systems, technology, data, risk, compliance or related areas 4. Relevant professional or technical certifications 5. Advanced skills in data wrangling, data engineering, data science, or related areas.
