MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Education: BSN with Masters Degree in Nursing or health related field required. DNP, EdD, or PhD preferred. Experience: Experience in education program design and evaluation required. Knowledge and experience in adult education principles required. Evidence of excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills required. Five (5) years of clinical nursing experience in a patient care setting preferred. Three years of experience with orientation and education of staff in a clinical setting preferred. Licensure: Must be a registered nurse and currently licensed to practice in the State of Virginia. Certification in area of specialty preferred. PHYSICAL DEMANDS
This is primarily a sedentary job involving extensive use of desktop computers. The job does occasionally require traveling some distance to attend meetings, and programs. The starting base rate for this role is $74,922.00 annually.
