F-35 - International/FMS Security Specialist

We are seeking multi-disciplined International/FMS Security Specialist to join the F-35 JPO program in Arlington, VA. This is a proposal effort with award expected late-2026. The F-35 Joint Program Office (JPO) supports development, acquisition, fielding, modernization, and sustainment of the F-35 joint strike fighter. The F-35 JPO Security Directorate provides full spectrum multi-disciplined security support to protect F-35 technology and information across its enterprise and throughout the acquisition and sustainment lifecycle. The role oftheSecuritySpecialist-Internationalisto support program security tasksandprovideSME-level guidancerelated to foreign military sales of the F-35:Provide multi-disciplined security guidance and mentorship to F-35 Partner and Foreign Military Sales (FMS) security professionalsProvide continuous evaluation of F-35 Partner and FMS security posture and provide written updates to International Security Manager, Program Security Officer, and assigned International Security SpecialistAssist F-35 Partner and FMS security professionals in developing country-unique security documents to ensure protection of F-35 assets at theappropriate levelDevelop and provide training to F-35 Partner and FMS security professionals tofacilitatebuilding,implementingand managing a comprehensive F-35 security programAssist F-35 Partner and FMS security professionals in ensuring security policies and proceduresare in compliance withSpecial Access Program (SAP), Classified Military Information (CMI), and Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI)in accordance withU.S Government security requirementsProvide general, physical, and cybersecurity support and training to F-35 Partner and FMS security professionalsProvide security support at air shows, fightercompetitionsand other collaborative eventsRequired Qualifications:Bachelors Degree; Master's preferred10+ years of experience within the International security arenaExperience with Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Demonstrated knowledge of DoDM 5205.07 Volumes Demonstrated knowledge of Intelligence Community Directive (ICD) 705Knowledgeof US International/Foreign Affairs objectives, Arms Export Control Act (AECA), and Foreign Military Sales (FMS) processes, and/or understanding of international relations policyobjectiveswithin Security AssistanceSecret clearance WHAT CAN GDIT OFFER YOU?Excellent customizable health benefits (Medical, Dental and Vision)401K with company matchEducational Assistance and eLearningFlexible work weekInternal mobility team dedicated to employee advancementRewards and Recognition programsInnovative and collaborative environment encouraging of highly motivated critical thinking
