We are just about done with "Project Hellcat" and in today's video I walk you through the finished product as I get ready to take pictures and get the property listed for an open house so it can be rented out asap!
Purchased the property for $36,000. Rehab was about $12,000, and the ROI is roughly $12,000 a year gross (before taxes/insurance).
I also share some before and after pictures/video of the place so you can see how messed up it was before the rehab and how it turned out afterwards!
