Motivation Cribs: My MTV Cribs Style House Tour - From $350,00 to $550,000 in 4 Years

Remember that show MTV Cribs? Well back by popular demand, I have posted the house tour of my crib. Originally it was a live stream and I took it down because I didn't want to share it with the world, but after editing it down and thinking about my goal of being transparent with folks, especially those considering investing in real estate, I decided to post this video.

This my dream home that I purchased in 2012 for $350,000. It's now worth over $550,000 which goes to show the power of investing in real estate, while I have basically lived in this house for FREE or basically getting paid to live here if I was to cash in on my equity... Crazy right!?
