Financed the Lamborghini & Used My Cash to Buy This Property - Little Ranch Big Profit - Part 1

A lot of people thought that I was "just talking" about investing in real estate with the $100,000 I could have spent on my Lamborghini, and instead I financed the Lambo, and invested in real estate. This is a true example and going on right now. The rental income from this property will just about cover the Lambo payment, and if I flip this property (in just 3 months) I will have earned at least $30,000 on my cash vs. ZERO I would have earned if I paid off the Lambo in cash.... Trying to show people strategies with money and still having the toys ;)
