How to React When Your Flip or Rental Rehab is a Month Late...

So... Not pointing any fingers but my little Lamborghini Real Estate Investment is about a month late, but it's just about finished and I already have a tenant lined up for it. Excited for that, so I'm not tripping about how late it is even though it's costing me money. The fit and finish is pretty on point. This is the 2nd to last video on this particular project, as I will do one more when it's cleaned up so you guys can see the final product but it's looking good.

I showed it yesterday and the lady decided to rent it within a couple of hours for $1,295/month. That's a 17% (gross) annual Return on Investment folks and enough profit per month to more than cover the Lambo. Mission accomplished!
