Investing in Real Estate: How to Select a Title Company & Local Bank to Work With!

In this video, I take you guys along with me to check out what a typical "closing" is like for me when buying, selling, or refinancing a property. In this case I was refinancing my office space, but typically I have my realtor with me if it is a buy or sell scenario.

I also took some time around 10:10 within the video to interview the title company representative (Sherry Long from Great American Title Agency) and my banking partner (Brian Murry from First Federal Savings Bank) both located in the Columbus, Ohio area.

I specifically asked them how a buyer/seller should select a title agency to work with, and some things to look out for, as well as how/why someone should choose to work with a particular local bank that I always talk about.
