So today we talk about the not so glamorous part of owning and maintaining rental properties or investment properties. See, sometimes you get tenants that simple don't take of your property. They get pets and the pets can do lots of damage that will cost you in new flooring, etc. and on this project, I got hit pretty hard!

So this is actually the worst part of being a landlord or a real estate "buy and hold" investor. When you get hit with thousands in repairs due to tenant negligence.
