EVALUATING ONE OF MY TYPICAL REAL ESTATE INVESTMENT DEALS - I WANTED THIS HOUSE BAD!!!

Let's go check out one of the last prototypical investment properties I attempted to buy before the real estate market completely turned around and the real estate market began to heat up in my city, Columbus, Ohio and all over the country.

I would buy houses just like this in my zip code off of foreclosure lists (see my online course for details below) and man I was sad when I did not win the auction on this house. I wish I would have a chance to buy it again for sure I would have bid much higher!

I hope you enjoy this investment property walk-thru with my Realtor Rich (Realty Ohio) and my son Peter. I really wish I had this one in my portfolio right now! Middle class home in a strong area, would be making at least $1395/month right now. I was being super conservative. Sometimes when you know a property is a good property and you have a to pay a little more, you should go ahead and get it.
