New Rehab Project Started and Funny Lamborghini Ride!!!

So we start of this week with a new rehab project that I am going to turn into my showcase top of the line rental property because this house is actually my very first home that I built back in 2000 when I just got married and started a family. So the home has a lot of sentimental value to me, but it will have even more value when it is brought back from very poor condition to being my most valuable rental property!

We also took a friend for a ride in the Lambo after he helped me out with some work on another rental property, and this was his first ride in a supercar or actually, his first ride in a real sports car so I thought it would be cool to take him home in the Lambo instead of him catching the bus home...
