The Rehab Budget for My First Property - Project Mustang Pt. 2

The Rehab is on and poppin' for project Mustang! In this video I talk about my estimated budget and then some of my actual expenses so far for the project. I am trying to make it very nice so I am putting in granite and some nice flooring etc. Will be LIT when finished. One day I might retire to this house and buy a nice house in Florida and or Colombia so I'll make this house on point!

My budget items:

Paint - $2500
Wood Flooring - $1400
Carpet - $1500
Nickel Door Hardware - $300
Nickel Light Fixtures - $1000
Kitchen Granite - $2000
Bathroom Vanity tops/bowls - $400
Bathroom Faucets $150
New Toilets - $400
Framing for 4th Bedroom - $700
HVAC - $1000 (Actually Paid Only $365)

I hope this helps folks understand some of the typical rehab costs that you'll have to deal with when bringing a 17 year old house back to life. I'll probably have clean up and miscellaneous expenses yet to consider but there is my main budget up above.
